Each park offers a building for indoor events and ample parking. They are available to rent for special occasions such as retirement and birthday celebrations, class reunions, weddings, corporate events or fundraiser. Daily public use of the parks is available from dawn to dusk. Check Town Hall for times of public use. Rental rates vary upon location and usage specifications.

Park rental is $750 with a deposit of $575 to hold the date. This rental includes 3 long table, 6 round table, and 60 chairs. $200 refund will be given after clean-up.

Pineland Park 5103 Towles Rd.
412 sq. ft. facility with fridge and microwave
2 Gazebos with attached Grills
Child Play Zone with Swings
Basketball Court
Walking/Exercise Trail.
Park rental is $500 with a deposit of $350 to hold the date. This rental includes 2 long table, 2 round table, and 20 chairs. $150 refund will be given after clean-up.

Serenity Park 5035 Trexler Ave.
3,600 sq. ft. facility with separate sections for alternative usage
Immediate access to Stono River, intricate green space provides multipurpose options.
Park rental is $2500 for Hollywood residents and $3500 for nonresident with a deposit of $1750 to hold the date. Tables and chairs are rented separated. $500 refund will be given after clean-up.
