We are excited to announce that we have our permitting process. For a smoother and faster transition, you can submit your BUILDING ZONING PERMIT, TREE CUTTING PERMIT, and ELECTRICAL PERMIT electronically through permits [at] ciservicesllc.com (Town of Hollywood Permits).
For the rental of Town parks (Manor, Pineland, or Serenity) you can print, complete, and submit the application to Town Hall. Call to confirm availability and total fees due.
Homeowners and contractors must utilize the Building Permit form for new, repair, or additions8 am to structures. Sub and specialty contractors will use the same documents for permits as well.
Business license and zoning permit fees must be paid prior to the review of plans. Two sets of construction plans, the applicable site plan, and/ or a tree survey must be presented for review. CC&I Inspectors will conduct all inspections.
Inspections are completed Monday through Friday when requested one business day in advance. You must speak with a person for the request to be valid. You may call Town Hall at 843-889-3222 or CC&I Services at 864-586-6111.
