Neighbors Helping Neighbors' mission is to aid low income Hollywood residents by assisting them in acquiring quality housing repairs and financial stability on a case by case basis.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors are committed to providing the highest quality of service in our efforts to help educate and mentor people so they can help themselves.
- Organize people so they can help one another as a community with short -term emergency repairs on their homes
- Assist our citizens in need with aid with their utilities such as electric, gas and water .This assistance will be paid directly to the utility provider. The service will be offered on an emergency basis: A citizen can only apply for assistance under this program once a year. If the committee receives multiple requests from an applicant the applications will be reviewed and prioritized.
- Assist our citizens after a disaster, such as a fire, with food and clothing. We may offer assistance in the form of a gift card
