She has worked for the Town of Hollywood since July 2007. She assists Mayor Heyward with her appointments, as well as the liaison for the citizens of the town and the Mayor’s office. She is active in all town events wherein she coordinates and assists in the preparation for community wide events and auxiliary activities as well as assisting in grants administration. Niema Gantt-Brown
She has worked for the Town of Hollywood since July 2007. Her responsibilities include performing all financial planning and functions, managing personnel matters, enforcement of town code as it relates to business license, preparation of minutes for Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeal, Municipal Election Commission and Town Council meetings. She assists the building, sewer & planning departments with issuance of permits and verification of pertinent documentation, and maintains the town of hollywood's website. Edward Holton
He has worked for the Town of Hollywood since July 2007. He’s responsible for: overall administration of land development standards, interpreting and enforcing the zoning ordinances, determining flood zone, determining parcel district zoning, evaluates all requests for subdivision, site plan, and plat review, issues tree cutting permits; process applications for variances and special exceptions; maintains current zoning map (with assistance from the Council of Governments); processes appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals; land planning and zoning staff for the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and Town Council. Shontair Brooks
She has worked for the Town of Hollywood since August 2008 assisting all department heads and the Mayor with various clerical assignments. She serves as one of the liaisons for the Town and its' residents. She assists in issuing permits and licenses and coordinates the front office at Town Hall. He practices with the law firm of Pratt-Thomas and Walker in Charleston, SC. Jon graduated from Wake Forest University law school. He has over 20 years of experience as a litigator and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.
